Sperm preparation and ICSI
The sperm cells obtained by
PESA or
TESA are prepared in the laboratory by and are then ready for injection into the eggs by
ICSI. Each egg is injected with one sperm, which has been selected by the embryologist. You will receive a separate information sheet on what happens after this stage.
