CRM London aims to be considered by our colleagues and patients as the Reference Centre in the independent sector for the provision of assisted conception services
Our mission
Results
We recognise that our patients primary goal in coming to
CRM London is to have a healthy baby. It is our intention that our live birth rates matched for patients age should always be in the top 10% of UK
IVF clinics. To achieve this we will maintain state of the art laboratory facilities at the forefront of what is available in Europe and ensure that the embryologists and clinicians treating patients have the experience and skills required for this goal
Patient experience
Whether patients undergoing treatment at
CRM London conceive or not it is our desire that all patients feel that they receive optimum care in the best possible environment. We have designed the facilities of
CRM London to be modern, relaxing and professional. Our personnel are focussed on our patients needs and we strive at all times to be helpful and sensitive. We recognise that there will inevitably be occasions when patients feel we have not lived up to our goals and we both encourage and learn from patient feedback (both positive and negative).
Transparency
We recognise that patients have concerns about assisted conception clinics, about the techniques utilised, the potential for errors and the confidentiality surrounding treatment. We intend to be completely transparent about how we operate and to this end we will publish on our website the full text of the reports of the Inspection of our clinic by our two regulatory authorities ie The Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority and the Healthcare Commission. We will also publish our own Annual Report detailing the breakdown of our activity and results.
Working with Referrers
When colleagues refer patients to
CRM London they are expressing their confidence and trust in us to provide their patients with the highest quality of care. It is our duty to respect this trust and work in partnership with the referring doctor. This essence of this partnership is communication and, with the patients consent, we will always endeavour to keep the referring doctor informed of their patients management promptly.
Commitment to our staff
From the outset we have known that our vision could only be realised by recruiting individuals of a high level of competence in their field and creating a unified team in which everyone feels their role is significant in producing a Clinic which is greater than the sum of its component parts. In return for the commitment we expect from our team, we will provide each staff member with a workplace environment which is modern, functional and ergonomically designed. Staff safety is of paramount importance and Health and Safety legislation will be strictly respected. We expect our staff to be courteous at all times but they in return can expect to be treated courteously by patients, visitors and suppliers. We are keen for staff to develop their full potential and will provide continuing professional development training to facilitate their progress
Suppliers
The supply of goods and services to
CRM London is critical to our ability to achieve our goals. We wish to achieve and maintain good working relationships with all our principle suppliers. We require our suppliers to provide high quality goods and services efficiently and professionally. In return we will fully comply with their documentary requirements and pay our invoices promptly. We will continually review the service we receive from suppliers to ensure they are capable of meeting our expectations
